Terrifying photos have now emerged of a visit to a specialist where 50-year-old Mike “Sugar Bear” exposed rotten teeth deep in his gums.

Mum June’s ex-fiancé met with a dental specialist while in California after doctors discovered potential gum cancer during surgery to fix his teeth.

The reality TV star discussed her options with cancer specialist Babak Larian MD at her offices in Beverly Hills.

In the photos, his teeth were deeply yellowed, uneven and broken.

Black spots infested the teeth at the root and his gums had receded to the back of his mouth.

Sugar Bear, who has been chewing tobacco for more than 12 years, sat in the medical chair before taking his exam.

The TV personality aired her concerns, saying, “I went to the dentist and had some dental work done and they found some white stuff. I’m worried now.”

Back home with her usual dentist, the doctor found something in her mouth that needed immediate attention.

A rep for the star said there were concerns about the possibility of lower gum cancer.

FULL BODY TRANSFORMATION

Alana Thompson’s father had begun another dramatic full-body makeover when the medical emergency hit.

Mike undergoes a hair transplant, Botox, filler, liposuction, abdominoplasty, a new haircut and a new shave.

The WeTV star said he wanted to improve his looks and wanted a whole new look.

Now that Sugar Bear is single, he would like to attract new matches.

MOM’S NEW MAN

Meanwhile, Mama June has moved on with her new boyfriend Justin Stroud.

The couple sparked engagement rumors in March after they were spotted shopping for rings at an Alabama jewelry store.

The Mama June: From Not the Hot star was all smiles as she looked at items with her man.

She dressed casually in a black and white plaid sweater and black pants, while Justin wore a blue t-shirt and kept his sunglasses on despite being inside.

June was seen looking carefully at the items in the case, she even tried on a ring at one point.

Justin looked interested as he leaned over to admire the diamond his girlfriend had tried on.

The duo sparked engagement rumors just days after their boyfriend was released from prison.

BACK TO ACTION

Earlier this month, The Sun exclusively shared photos of June kissing and hugging her man during their emotional reunion following his release.

Justin had been behind bars for nearly a month after being arrested in Boca Raton, Florida on a warrant relating to past drug charges.

Mama June’s boyfriend, who allegedly eluded authorities for months, was seen being arrested and handcuffed at a gas station after a party in February.

According to a booking report at the time, Justin was on the “out of state fugitives” list.

As The Sun first reported, a warrant was issued for his arrest in October after he violated his probation for drug dealing and burglary.
